Women's Ministry

It is our desire to encourage women of every season to develop a vital relationship with Jesus Christ, build meaningful friendships, and to be equipped for moments of outreach and service. Please join us as we come together to study God’s Word, pray, and build each other up in this loving community.

Women in the Word 2021/2022

What does citizenship look like for those belonging to the Kingdom of God?  How are followers of Jesus different in the way they think and act?  During this in-depth study of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount passage from the book of Matthew, we will learn about the character of God, how to renew our minds with the truth of God’s Word, and how to be a witness to the grace and power of the gospel.  We will examine the key sections of Jesus’ teaching on blessedness, prayer, religious devotion, money, ambition, and relationships.

Come and join us on Tuesday mornings with women in all walks of life to sit at the feet of Jesus through His written Word and learn from Him, just as His disciples did.

*Childcare is provided for newborns through preschool.

Wednesday Mornings

We are all created with a purpose – to glorify and worship God.
You are invited each Wednesday from 10:00-11:30am in the Prayer Room as we worship God through scripture, labor for our church, our country, and our world in prayer, and as we lift one another to Jesus for strength and healing.
Join us for this powerful time of transformation of our church and world. Allow God to use you this year to bring change.
Please email any questions to prayer@hpbc.cc

Do you desire to grow in your knowledge of God’s Word, establish personal study habits, and learn to walk daily life as a Christ-centered disciple?  We invite you to join a small, intimate group of two to three women who will spend time studying God’s Word to know what we believe and why, and to grow in our faith.

These small groups, led by a woman in our church family, will meet at various times throughout the week for one semester. Please fill out and submit the information sheet in the link below to get started, and someone will follow-up with you. Please email Andrea Hockenbrocht, ahockenbrocht@hpbc.cc if you have any questions.
