We were never meant to go through life's difficulties alone.

Recognizing this truth, we offer a few different support groups. It's our desire to walk alongside you in prayer and encouragement on your journey towards healing. These groups offer a safe place where you can be heard and loved right where you are.

Intensive Discipleship

Intensive Discipleship Ministry at HPBC is based on principles found in God's Word.

Biblical discipleship differs greatly from other popular or secular counseling. Its paramount goal is to search God's Word for the principles and methods He has already provided. Its premise is that God's instruction is always needed immediately, consistently, and without contradiction in the discipling process.

Intensive Discipleship acknowledges that people may become confused, ill-adjusted, defeated, and hopeless relative to the issues of life. This may result from a crisis situation, the sin of others, lack of Biblical understanding, their own personal sin, and/or, sometimes, an organic (medically proven) illness.

Inquiries about Intensive Discipleship can be made by calling the church office at 248-357-5464, ext. 272.  For more information about IDM please click here.
